  After speaking with a girl on the phone about a game I was going to purchase I decided to ride my bike there instead of driving(nice day, healthier choice). So I get there (3 miles later) and the game she told me was "backwards compatible" for 360 and ONE was in fact not compatible with both and she told me I would have to buy both for 25 instead of 1 for 10. If people and I mean everyone would take there time and do things right the first time this wouldn't happen on a regular basis.(But she made sure To rattle off the slogan/promo as fast as possible without a hitch when I called)To add insult to injury she still asked me if I wanted one of the games. NO! I don't want to give you any of my money and if I had your bosses ear there would be some big changed because no customer should ever walk into any store, be completely mislead and walk out felling like I do now. I'll ride my bike 10 miles to Patchogue before I drive 3 here.
