  Took 4 hours to get a permit that should have taken 5 minutes. I don't understand how these people came to be so entitled and allowed to dictate to us citizens. And they have a great gig! Why they feel entitled to crap on the citizens of Brookhaven, I have no idea.
  
  Update to review: Having calmed down some now. Most (but not all) of the people there are OK, some are ass holes, but most are OK. Leads me to believe the management of this office is the problem. Too bad for us !
